PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Do you really want to do this...? He'll likely be amenable to it, but he's cold and clammy but nature, so likely not recommended.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Yes. Overwhelmingly yes. Even more so than the physical affection. River is a battle enthusiast through and through.
RELATIONSHIPS: He's surprisingly friendly despite how he is, so if you're able to tolerate him, then friendships are a yes. As for anything more... just ask, he's a bit mysterious on that front.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: You don't want to read this one's mind. It would likely be surprisingly easy to attempt! Once you were immersed, though, good luck getting out. It would be like trying to tread water in tar. His mind is as hungry as the rest of him, and wouldn't be likely to let you go easily.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: River boasts the power of suggestion. This has to be consciously activated rather than it being present all the time, and those with a steady strength of will would be able to resist it, but it would be a difficult thing. Think classic siren. He is also host to a dead deity, but it grants him manipulation over water and transformative abilities. Water breathing. The like.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Needs to feed on blood and/or meat regularly, or will lapse into being feral. Capable of incredible feats of regeneration, but it will exhaust him. Needs to submerge himself in water semi-regularly or he will genuinely feel like shit.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
VISUAL: On the taller end at about 6'2". Swimmer's build. Long, slightly wavy hair that cycles between an incredibly dark blue that is almost black and white, though it is always threaded with what appears to be moving, shifting water. Very pale. Incredibly large, lightless irises that are also a blue so dark they appear black. He will barely have any visible sclera. Beautiful, but in an... unsettling way? Speckled throughout with dark blue scales. Has Lionfish fins instead of ears, and sometimes will be sporting a similarly shaped tail; this will either replace his legs entirely, or will trail behind him when he's walking about.
AURAL: Speaks in a singsong tone of voice. Nearly always sounds on the verge of laughter. His voice is on the lighter side, musical and dulcet. The type of voice you'd expect a siren to have.
DEMEANOR: Difficult to describe. Usually smiling, or laughing. It somehow doesn't necessarily make him seem more trustworthy. Friendly to a fault. Will either adapt to social cues and situations effortlessly, or seemingly purposefully not acknowledge them. Prone to lounging, as if the whole world and its inhabitants have bored him.
